Spacious pitches directly by the water

The camping pitches on Viseiland are generously sized (approximately 100 m²) and are uniquely located, surrounded by water. Depending on your spot, you can enjoy stunning views over the recreational lake or the gentle currents of the IJssel River. You will have plenty of space for your tent, caravan, or camper while soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

Each pitch is equipped with its own water connection and 4-amp electricity (up to 920 watts), so you can use your fridge, lights, or coffee maker without any worries. You can also conveniently park your car at your pitch – making unloading and exploring the area much easier.

Need to use the restroom or take a shower? The clean sanitary building is always nearby, so you’ll never have to walk far for facilities. There’s ample space to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. While the kids play a game on the grass, you can relax with a book or cast your fishing rod right from your pitch. It’s called Viseiland (Fish Island) for a reason – fishing enthusiasts will love it and might even catch something for dinner!

Your four-legged friend doesn’t have to stay home either, as a maximum of two pets are allowed per pitch. This way, the whole family – including your dog – can join the holiday fun.

Facilities for all ages

At De Scherpenhof, there’s never a dull moment. The park offers plenty of facilities for all ages. Take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool on a sunny day, or swim a few laps in the indoor pool if the weather isn’t cooperating.
