Kitchen assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic kitchen assistant for Restaurant Jan's Place at Landgoed De Huynen. Together with the kitchen team, you’ll ensure that our guests can enjoy a tasty lunch, a delicious dinner, or a relaxing drink.

As a kitchen assistant, you'll help with the daily tasks in the kitchen. You'll help prepare dishes, keep the kitchen neat and clean, and assist the chefs as needed. Thanks to your hard work, everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and dishes can be served quickly and with care.

You'll be working in a friendly and enthusiastic team where collaboration is key. Are you a go-getter, do you work neatly, and do you enjoy a dynamic work environment? If so, you're the perfect fit for Restaurant Jan's Place!

What's expected of you:

- Welcoming, child-friendly, and supportive

- At least 16 years old

- Proficiency in Dutch. You can handle conversations in German and English

- Experience in the hospitality industry 

- Experience in the kitchen

- Available on weekends, during vacations, and on holidays

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
