At our vacation resorts, there are several different purchasing options. For example, of course, you can buy a vacation home for personal use. However, it is also possible to invest with a fixed or variable return.
Buying a vacation home for personal use
- In this case, you only use the house yourself, and it is not rented out. This means that you can use the vacation home 365 days a year. No permanent residence is allowed at our resorts.
Buying a vacation home with a variable return
- A popular option is to buy a vacation home for partial personal use. In the periods when you are not using the property, it is rented out by our rental organization. With this form of investment, the fixed costs and rental income determine the eventual return. So you choose a variable return.
Buy a vacation home with a fixed return
- The property will be supplied turnkey to rent out immediately. You will receive a fixed return on investment for a certain period. Additionally, you have the opportunity to use the property yourself for two weeks a year.
